them for FMS.DIR. Features include

RBatch 1.76 - RBBS Batch Uploading Interface.
RBatch also is the interface for HS/Link and
BiModem.  This is a maintenance release for
RBatch.  One MAJOR fix, and a couple of minor
fixes.  No merges needed to run RBatch on
any RBBS-PC System.
