DELA v3.01   DELA will execute 
any BAT,EXE or COM file at a specific 
time of day. DELA loads as a TSR 
requiring only 4k of conventional 
memory. DELA will only send data to the 
keyboard buffer if the computer is at the 
DOS prompt. This version includes the 
following options: REBOOT (USE CAUTION),
specified number of CR(s) to be sent after
the data, up to 10 events can be scheduled,
over-ride DOS prompt check.$4.95.

Used for the removal of one or more TSR programs that

Logs all the files a program or installation "uses" or creates.
Did you ever want to know what files are "used" (opened, normally
for use) or created by a program (application)?  "WH_USED" is a
tsr (terminate and stay resident) program.  When activated, it will
log all the files an application "uses" or creates.  Actually, it
logs all the files that an application "opens" (normally for use).
Note: A device can also be "opened", and it will be logged too.
WH_USED also displays the path, if the application specifies it,
and the file access modes (read, read and write to the same file,
write to a new file (create a new file), or write to an existing
file (add to).
